London Square, one of London’s established property developers, wanted a digital presence that truly matched the quality of their residential projects. The aim was to create a central online platform that showcased their developments in a compelling way, generated qualified enquiries, and supported ongoing sales activity. A key focus was also placed on increasing visibility for their Nine Elms development through carefully planned video awareness campaigns.

Alongside the website, we launched a YouTube awareness campaign to promote the Nine Elms development. A mix of 6, 15, and 30-second video formats was produced and tested, with performance insights guiding optimisation. Short-form videos were prioritised to maximise reach and engagement, while precise audience targeting ensured the campaign connected with potential buyers most likely to convert.
