Showcasing the Best of London Living with London Square

Objective

London Square, one of London’s established property developers, wanted a digital presence that truly matched the quality of their residential projects. The aim was to create a central online platform that showcased their developments in a compelling way, generated qualified enquiries, and supported ongoing sales activity. A key focus was also placed on increasing visibility for their Nine Elms development through carefully planned video awareness campaigns.

Approach

Our approach began by thinking like a potential buyer. We focused on creating a digital experience that felt both effortless and high-end from the very first interaction. This resulted in a fully responsive website built around strong visuals, clean layouts, and intuitive navigation. Features such as interactive development maps, detailed property information, and high-quality imagery allowed users to explore each project in depth and gain a real sense of place.

Search engine optimisation was integrated from the outset, ensuring the site was easily discoverable by users actively searching for homes in London. Alongside the website, we launched a YouTube awareness campaign to promote the Nine Elms development. A mix of 6, 15, and 30-second video formats was produced and tested, with performance insights guiding optimisation. Short-form videos were prioritised to maximise reach and engagement, while precise audience targeting ensured the campaign connected with potential buyers most likely to convert.

Bringing the Brand to Life Digitally

The new website and video campaigns worked together to strengthen London Square’s online presence. Visitors were able to explore developments in detail through a single, well-structured digital hub, while the YouTube activity significantly boosted awareness of Nine Elms among a relevant audience. These combined efforts increased engagement, drove meaningful enquiries, and reinforced London Square’s position within London’s highly competitive property market.
